About Vuno Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

We are dedicated to helping people with persistent pain build their strength and mobility so they can live more independent, pain-free lives.
We achieve these by:
Providing Access To High Quality Health Care
  • We have a physiotherapy clinic is at Seven Hills which is conveniently located next to Seven Hills plaza and Seven Hills train station. Our care extends into people’s homes as we offer mobile & home visits throughout Greater Sydney.
  • Telehealth or online physiotherapy is also available for those who may have difficulty accessing face-to-face sessions.  Studies have found that telehealth physiotherapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person therapy as the most powerful tools for managing injuries such as education and exercises can be effectively delivered online. It is also the perfect supplement to our usual face-to-face sessions as people can receive guidance and supervision instantly and conveniently
  • We produce and share free, continuous health education through online media and email newsletters.
Providing Evidence Based Treatment Programs

The idea of an instant, quick fix sounds appealing. Unfortunately for persistent and long-standing pain, sometimes this is not always possible. Our treatments are based on the latest research and recommendations from guidelines around the world. These approaches have shown that education and an active exercise-based approach are essential for the management of persistent pain. Traditional “hands-on” treatments such as massage, dry needling, and joint manipulations should only be used as supplements to treatment.

Following A Person-Centered Approach
  • Your treatment plan is set based on your current situation and your personal goals. This means that we don’t just look at the structural diagnosis shown by your scan. We also look at how your life in general has played a role in your pain and how your current pain plays a role in your life.
  • Too often, people become fixated on things that they are not able to control. This results in them feeling broken, weak, and defeated. There are actually many things we have control over. When these are optimized, they can empower people to grow and significantly impact their pain levels. Things we have control over include our lifestyle and our mindset.
  • We recognize that one of the easiest ways to improve someone’s health is to set up a supportive environment and surround a person with the right people. As part of our approach, we regularly collaborate with other health professionals to ensure all aspects of your health are accounted for.
